Damaged or defective product 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will happily look into offering a resolution. Please contact our support team with the following information:

Refunds & Exchange

Unfortunately Body By Ciara Ltd cannot exchange or refund any fitness products due to hygiene reasons. Any returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support.

Returns from the postal service: If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, it will be automatically canceled and refunded. To receive the products you ordered, you will need to create another order. You will not be refunded for the postage as we have incurred the cost of sending you the order.

If your item is not received: If the shipping time has expired and customer support cannot find a solution to fulfill your order we will offer you a replacement order to send you the goods again. If a replacement order cannot be arranged, a refund will be issued instead.

I have entered the wrong address: Our warehouse processes orders as quickly as possible, so it is likely that we will not be able to amend your delivery address once your order has been placed. For this reason, please double-check your address during check-out and before making a payment to complete your order.If you happen to realise that you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address, please submit an email to immediately asking our team if they can amend this information for you. Please mention the correct address so that, if possible, we can change it for you right away.

Please note that we cannot guarantee change-of-address requests will be successful as this depends on the status of your order when your request is reviewed. It can take our team up to 48 hours to review your email and by then, your order might already be fully processed.

If we cannot amend your shipping address, your order will be delivered to the address you entered during checkout and you will be responsible for retrieving it.

Body By Ciara T-Shirt Returns

We understand at Body By Ciara that sometimes things don’t fit right for you. As long as the garment is still in its original condition, with no make-up stains, damage or in any other condition than brand new - we accept returns.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so our other fitness accessories can’t be returned for refunds.

If you return an item within 14 days of delivery/collection, we'll give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch via our email but any refund will be at our discretion upon inspection of the T-Shirt.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

None of these affect your statutory rights.

Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please be mindful of make up, smells and beauty products. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them.

This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached


Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate them (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost
